Exportation does not export

Good morning / afternoon / evening

I’m using the gravit designer desktop app on ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
When i’m trying to export my work, nothing happen, the folder stays empty.
With the web app (brave browser v1.18.75), it doen’t work neither. But this time, an emty .txt file is exported.
I’ve tried with multiple .gvdesign files and with every export formats.

How can I fix this ?

Please try using Chrome. Brave browser isn’t supported.

Thank you for your answer.

I’ve tryied using the portable version of the software (downloaded from the web site) instead of the snap version and the problem was gone.
I will also try using chrome.
