Having trouble opening files

I’m having trouble opening files from the Gravit cloud when working online. It either takes a long time or doesn’t open at all and stops responding. I usually work in Gravit offline but I can’t login there. I don’t know what to do. Has anybody else had problems with this?

I have had similar ongoing problems

Gravit Support’s only answer (as can be seen below) is to forward to their FIX announcement which simply doesn’t work.

I and others have experienced similar issues including the opening of files.
Did you also experience problems exporting and not being able to save files?

Whatever they did with the last update has been an absolute mess…

I haven’t really had exporting issues. It’s the opening files and not being able to use the offline version. I just download the new one after deleting the old one. I can get in now on the offline version but now I’m still having problems opening files. So I’ve had problems opening the files on the online version and the new offline version.

It is because it works.
I can say that at least 90% of the cases sent to support are fixed by simply reading carefully the article.

Have you tried all the options from the link provided? I see lots of people saying that tried one thing and it didn’t work.
