Gravit Designer discussion

How to export SVG without color coding?

I am searching a way to export SVGs without any color embedded so I can use WordPress plugin to change its color.
Thanks

Hi @LudovicMOTTINIyk6gr,

I don’t know if it is possible. I guess (it is a guess) color information is mandatory for shapes, etc. But you can try to remove them using a text editor if it is the case.

Gravit Designer doesn’t embed or include any color profile on the svg file.

I have just placed a rectangle and exported:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?><!-- Generator: Gravit.io --><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" style="isolation:isolate" viewBox="746 284 435 377" width="435pt" height="377pt"><defs><clipPath id="_clipPath_v13GTZPSfnM9nTbAjVrgAecjDP1qrENY"><rect x="746" y="284" width="435" height="377"/></clipPath></defs><g clip-path="url(#_clipPath_v13GTZPSfnM9nTbAjVrgAecjDP1qrENY)"><rect x="746" y="284" width="435" height="377" transform="matrix(1,0,0,1,0,0)" fill="rgb(235,235,235)"/></g></svg>

This is the color information for the grey box: fill=rgb(235,235,235)

Thank you.
Yes, that sounds to be the only option.
I wish they had another easier one.
Thank you
