Hi my laptop is Windows 10, Intel Core i5-6200 CPU with 12 GB RAM and 1TB storage. I own the Pro version.
I’ve been experiencing persistent freezing on both the desktop and online versions of Gravit Designer while carrying out simple operations (even on single layered files) like moving my elements the page, editing, saving and the boolean operations. It’s been so slow and clunky lately and it’s frustrating because after taking ages to create a design and then attempt to save it, it just freezes to the point where I have to force it to close.
The online version as shown in snapshot below. I just opened one of my designs from the cloud and just froze and wouldn’t load and the selection arrow just disappeared.
Secondly my desktop version (2.6) wouldn’t update to version 2.7 (shown in snap shot below) and is just as bad as the online version (2019 version 2.7). After the latest crash today, it’s now been showing a blank white screen for the past few hours. As you can see from the 2nd snapshot below you can see Gravit Designer opened on my taskbar and also I can’t close it

Even when I check for updates, nothing happens and the message saying it failed to update every time I open the desktop version.
Gravit Designer as of now and has been for the whole day.
I bought the desktop version directly from your website and not the Windows store. Is my best bet to uninstall and reinstall it? Do I use the Cleverbridge reference number since there isn’t a product key?
TBH I don’t think I’m the only user experiencing this and it makes using the software pretty tedious as it’s now almost impossible to complete a design from start to finish without experiencing constant freezing and crashes now, don’t know what’s happening because the UX is pretty poor at the moment. please fix it.
