Gravit Designer discussion

What is this: "insufficient data for an image"

OS: Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.6
PDF: Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 (latest) version 9.5.5

Hello Everyone:

I just got gravit today, and experienced my first issue:

I’m exporting artwork (with a colored shape used as a background) to pdf (300dpi), but when I open the pdf file the color-shaped background is missing, and a message pops up stating “insufficent data for an image”.

Do you know what’s happening and how I could fix it?

Hi and welcome @Shie,

I’m sorry about it. Please notice that by the end of this page: https://www.designer.io/en/download/ says:

Operating system: Windows 10 or later, macOS High Sierra or later, Linux and Chrome OS: Chrome v8 engine version 7.2.502 or later.

Would you please try the web version with Chrome? https://designer.gravit.io/
