Easy question: why doesnt grid start at (0,0) ?
Hi Rene, I tried here (MacOS) and it’s starting on (0,0):
You’re on Windows, right? Can you maybe share this .gvdesign file with us?
It’s happening when it’s an infinit canvas. But I tried it, and depending of the width and height values, sometimes there are lines going through 0,0
Also a strange thing:
make an infinit canvas
set your grid op 50 x 50
make a square position 0,0 - size 50,50
zoom in until you can see the numbers on top
now the corner is at (0.5,0)
I scrolled horizontal and the corner is at (0,0) !
Unfortunately I couln’t reproduce it again. Are you on the web or desktop app? Does this happen on each new page?
on desktop app, windows 10. I made a new file and I have it again. First there are gridlines through 0,0, but if I zoom in a lot and I sroll horizontally I have the same result as before
Would it be possible to record a video of the issue?
I made it possible https://youtu.be/r2o4_MZhJuo
What screen recorder do you use?
Are you using a mouse to scroll horizontally? If so, can you try to unplug it and try using the trackpad? And this happens only on desktop on on the web too?
Also, I use ScreenFlow to capture the screen.
No I use the trackpad. I just packed my bagpack, when I have the occasion I’ll try it with a mouse which is somewhere in all my stuff
Sorry if my questions have nothing to do with your issue, but does the trackpad require batteries? Because my mice always break.
It’s the trackpad of the laptop… so it uses the power of the battery of the computer
